What is the Law of Attraction?
The primary rule is that what you think is what you attract into your life. Good things happen to you because you manifest them, likewise bad things.
The first step is to ask the universe what you want. Some people visualize their desires while meditating. Others write on a piece of paper what they want. The main point here is to be very clear as to what you want, otherwise the universe can't deliver!
The second part of the law of attraction is to believe. Don't doubt that your wish will come true. It will! Believe and act as if your desire is already reality. Don't worry about how your desire will manifest. Leave it to the universe! Just know that with the law of attraction, the universe will deliver!
The third step in the law of attraction is to receive. Be open and receptive to the universe. Most importantly, do so with feeling! Feel the emotion of how it will be when your desire has manifested and become reality. If necessary, take some action to go towards your desire. This will not feel like work but will flow with the universe towards your desire.
There are various techniques that can be used in the Law of Attraction. They include goal setting, meditation, visualization and expressing gratitude among others.
